Get OFC Certified in Ontario
In Ontario, fitness leaders are certified through the Ontario Fitness Council (OFC), the registration body for the NFLA in the province. Before you can register, you write the NFLA Fitness Theory exam: 60 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes, with 80% required to pass. The OFC's Theory exam fee is $65 plus a proctor fee set by your OFC Registered TFL, and you arrange the exam through the OFC.
Our Ontario course is your supplementary prep: a jargon-free textbook, lectures that follow the NFLA theory standards, and 600+ practice questions so the exam format feels familiar before test day.
Who Needs This OFC Fitness Theory Course?
This course is for anyone in Ontario who wants to become a fitness instructor (personal trainer, group fitness, yoga or pilates instructor, older adult instructor, and more) or get OFC certified. Fitness Theory is step one; full OFC registration also requires a fitness specialty module plus current Standard First Aid and CPR Level C.
The OFC is Ontario's affiliate of Fitness Leadership Canada (formerly the NFLA), a credential recognized across Canada and in many countries around the world.

Update: "I have completed the Fitness theory exam and I passed!"
