How does "instructor-led" online course work?
An instructor-led online course is a hybrid between an online self-study program and an in-class experience. You get to study at your own pace anywhere, anytime - there is no rush to complete the course.
We leave you alone to learn on your own time, but we're here to support you if/when needed.
-
What's the difference between this course and the other courses out there?
We like to keep things simple! We simplify complex ideas and give you the key concepts & define key terms in plain English with NO jargon. We also have hundreds of questions for you to practice with.
You study on your own time, but we have instructors available 7 days a week via live chat or email to answer any study questions you might have!
We constantly incorporate student feedback to improve our courses. If we notice that the students are struggling with a particular concept or ask similar questions, we will go back and revise that chapter to make things more clear. We spend at least 90% of the time enhancing our courses and answering student questions.
-
Who are these courses for?
These courses are for people who want to become certified fitness professionals (ie. personal trainers) and build a successful career in the Canadian health and fitness industry.
Or, for people who just want to learn more about the human body and improve their workouts.
-
Can I check out some of your materials before buying?
Yes, of course. All of our courses have a free trial component. Head here, select your course, and click the free preview button.
-
I want to take the course, but have some financial difficulties. Can you help?
No problem! We have payment plans available. Simply get in touch with us and let us know. We'll send you a custom payment plan and you can get started right away.
-
I can't access my course even though I paid. What's going on?
Usually, this is because you are not signed in to the same account you used to enroll and make payment. Some of our students have multiple accounts on our website. Check your email inboxes for the receipt you received when you made payment and see which email address that receipt was sent to. Make sure you're logging in with that email address.
Also, make sure you're trying to access the same course you enrolled in. Check your email inboxes for the receipt, see which course you enrolled in, and make sure you're trying to access the same one.
-
I logged in but I can't see any courses. What's going on?
The first thing you want to do is to check which account you're signed in to. Many students have 2 or more accounts on our website so make sure you're signed in to the one you purchased under. If you're not sure which is the correct account, check the email the receipt was sent to.
If you're signed in to the correct account, check your date of enrollment. If your course/bundle has expired, you may not see it on your dashboard. If you'd like to continue studying, contact us to be reactivated.
